We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Drip. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable South African consumer law. Items must generally be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
Please contact us before returning any item. Because some products are shipped directly by our suppliers, the correct return address may differ depending on the product. Items sent back without return instructions may not reach the correct return facility.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly and provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. We will assess the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Where a change-of-mind return is accepted, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene, health or safety reasons once opened or used. Any exclusions are subject to your rights under applicable South African consumer law.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or dispatched.
